I'm Talkin' Bout My Generation in a Guest Post Today

JenX67 kindly asked me to guest post today on her excellent blog: are you there god? it's me, generation x. Go there to read my post: Growing Into Generation X. Thank you very much Jen for the opportunity to write a guest post.

-Can you find six year old Loren in this 1981 picture? Hint: She's the giant brunette. :)

Some children's features change greatly as they turn into adults (my oldest son, for example). You haven't changed at all!

You look almost exactly the same! Did people comment on how mature looking you were at that age?

In my opinion you are not right. I am assured. Let's discuss it. Write to me in PM, we will communicate.

Thank you for the comment. I'm not sure what you are referring to, and I'd communicate with you if you were not anonymous.

nice stuff here, very very nice

Dear Internet Traveler,

Welcome to my writer's blog, started about six years ago for fun. Over time, the writing I have posted has ranged from personal reflection, to Long Island history research, to tall tales for my own amusement, to feature articles for local newspapers. As you can see from topics listed here, I travel in many mental directions in regard to interests. Click on the tabs and labels to explore my strange mind which senses that you may be having a criss-cross day. If so, perhaps this blog will distract you. However, please note that if you tell me my blog is beautiful just to get me to advertise rhinoplasty surgery and cheap drugs from Canada in your comment, I will ask the gods to give you a tail that cannot be concealed.

Fondly,

Loren Christie
