Milk Man Wins Blog Post in Bet

Milk Man takes the 1930's Marriage test, and wins a post on Loren's blog in a bet that he'd score higher than she did. Here's what Milk Man wrote:
-- "How could you marry a score 53, Dude?"
-- "Listen, after the market crash I just considered myself lucky that I worked on the first floor. I jumped, without the desired effect because of my proximity to the sidewalk. So when it came to settling down, one has to put in context that 25% of us were out of luck and on the street. In these difficult economic times a superior husband sometimes has to take what the market has to offer. In this case, I married a 53. However, you have to stay in the marriage like the market for the long haul. By 2008 I'm certain my investment will be worth it. My 53 is the best investment I ever made. "
As a 1930's Husband, I am VERY SUPERIOR!!!
Score = 113
Take the Test, Men!

Dear Internet Traveler,

Welcome to my writer's blog, started about six years ago for fun. Over time, the writing I have posted has ranged from personal reflection, to Long Island history research, to tall tales for my own amusement, to feature articles for local newspapers. As you can see from topics listed here, I travel in many mental directions in regard to interests. Click on the tabs and labels to explore my strange mind which senses that you may be having a criss-cross day. If so, perhaps this blog will distract you. However, please note that if you tell me my blog is beautiful just to get me to advertise rhinoplasty surgery and cheap drugs from Canada in your comment, I will ask the gods to give you a tail that cannot be concealed.

Fondly,

Loren Christie
